Shipping policy
We deliver all over Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are confirmed by call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
- Confirmed orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Orders are not processed on Sundays and public holidays.
2. Delivery Time
- Major cities: 2–4 working days
- Other cities & remote areas: 4–7 working days
Delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, or public holidays are beyond our control, but we will keep you updated.
3. Delivery Charges
- A flat delivery charge of Rs. 149 applies to all orders across Pakistan.
- Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
- Please only place an order if you intend to receive it. Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in future orders requiring advance payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp.
6. Delivery Attempts
The courier will try to deliver your parcel. If you are unavailable or your phone is off, the order may be returned to us.
7. Wrong Address
Please provide a complete address and correct phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect details.
8. Damaged Parcel
If the parcel looks damaged or tampered with, please make an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours.
