Refund & Return Policy

Return window: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions: The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund. Please share an unboxing video or clear photos within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-returnable items: Innerwear, personal care and hygiene products, and any item marked "Sale — Final" cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days via EasyPaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer.

Return shipping: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except where the fault is ours.
